A. Consultations with Client to determine the parameters of participation in the proposed Project, site inspection, guidance in negotiations with locals
B. Preparation of a Pre-feasibility Study
III. REGISTRATION OF CLIENT’S COMPANY WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES
A. Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue registration
B. Board of Investments, Special Economic Zone and other incentives, if necessary
C. Local Government licenses, permits
D. Other requirements for registration of foreign capital remittances
IV. CONTRACTING OF ACCOUNTING, LEGAL AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
V. OFFICE RENTALS, HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND LOCAL TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
Consulting fees estimates shall be submitted to the Client prior to any and every engagement and shall be based on time used and activities performed by Senior Consultants, Junior consultants and other staff.
